Description:
Valves semi-elliptical with acute ends deflected dorsally. Dorsal margin convex; ventral margin straight to slightly convex. Raphe branches straight near the center, deflected ventrally. Axial area narrow, linear. Central area on the dorsal side extended into narrow fascia reaching valve edge. Dorsal striae distinctly punctate, parallel at the center, becoming slightly radiate towards the ends. Ventral striae not resolvable under LM
