Description:
Valves linear with oblique bluntly rounded ends slightly deflected ventrally. Dorsal margin flattened; ventral margin more or less straight. Raphe branches abruptly arched. Proximal and distal ends deflected ventrally. Axial area narrow, linear; central area slightly expanded at the dorsal side. Dorsal and ventral striae delicately punctuate parallel at the center becoming radiate towards the ends.
