Description:
Valves semi-eliptic to semi-lanceolate, with acute apices, 12-30µm long, 2.5-5.5µm broad, raphe parallel to the ventral margin, axial area on the dorsal side broad, central area in form of a transverse fascia, transapical striae not resolvable under LM, more than 30 in 10µm.
